Unlikely : Unless u have had sex with someone else it is unlikely that u would conceive 17 years after your husband's vasectomy if you haven't done so before. It's more likely that your delayed period, nausea, pelvic pain and low back pain are due to something else. See your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic for a full history, exam, and appropriate testing to know for sure what is going on. Hope this helps
