Urine pregnancy test: OTC urine pregnancy tests are quite sensitve for detecting pregnancy, but are less so in the very early stages. Most urine pregnancy will not give an accurate reading until at least 2 weeks after conception. A good rule of thumb is to wait until the expected first day of your period to use the test. If you've missed your period, a urine pregnancy test should provide you with an accurate result.
