Normal : Fatigue can be one of the side effects of DepoProvera since it is a side effect of progesterone.The most common side effect is irregular bleeding when starting DepoProvera.This usually gets better & u stop having periods as u stay on it but some people never reach that point & continue having the irregular bleeding.If u r bleeding a lot, u could b anemic & need to have a blood count checked.
