1 in 300: the failure rate of tubal ligation is about 1 in 300 and is usually due to a tubal fistula. However, many people misread the home hpt as positive by letting it sit out too long. This is called an evaporation line. So, since tomorrow is friday and since most post tubal pregnancies end up in the tube. Call your doctor right away tomorrow morning and ask for a serum(blood) pregnancy test.
