Gallbladder disease?: since you now have been found to have elevated pancreas enzymes, the possibility of gallstones must be considered. They may have developed since last time you were worked up, and could lead to symptoms you are describing. Pancreatitis is mostly commonly caused by gallstones; consider evaluation by a general surgeon
