GYN- exam: Multiple possibilities: blood from aggressive sexual activity, menstrual irregularities, hormonal fluctuations, inflammation, infection or if you are having unprotected intercourse, possible pregnancy/abortion ( miscarriage ). please call your GYN for a pelvic exam and evaluation
