Yes: A loose tooth is normally due to some sort of periodontal disease or other infections that requires immediate attention. You need to see a dentist as soon as possible. The lemon juice is probably irrelevant to the loosening of your tooth.

Possibly...: Teeth are connected to your jaw bone by millions of tiny collegian fibers that allow your tooth to have some minor flex. So some minor tooth movement is normal. If your tooth is wiggling like a "baby" tooth, there is a serious problem. Your best answer to discover your diagnosis and find an appropriate solution is to visit your dentist! There are no OTC or home remedies. See a professional!

See DDS: Go to the dentist for a complete evaluation. Without a history, this is very difficult to ascertain. Was there a history of trauma or rapid orthodontic movement?

Loose tooth: You should always be concerned if a tooth is loose. Although there is a little bit of natural "play" in the way the tooth is anchored into the bone, if you feel it is loose you should have it examined.

Lemon juice: Lemon juice is not the cause. Teeth can feel loose because of fractures of the teeth or supporting bone, bone/gum recession, clenching or grinding, malocclusion caused interferences, systemic problems, and other reasons. Please do not wait. Call your Dentist for an examination, diagnosis, and treatment plan.

You should, see DDS: If your tooth feels loose, it may be an indication that there may be a more serious problem and visit to your dentist is warranted.
