Post coital bleeding: It's probably old blood though I can't rule out infection based on what you are prescribing. I would hold off on sex for a couple days and see if it clears. In addition call your OB provider by tomorrow since the week is almost over he/she may want you seen in the office.

Exam: If you are pregnant and experiencing abnormal appearing discharge from the vagina then an evaluation from your Obgyn is warranted. The first step is to make sure this is not old blood and to make sure your cervix is closed and normal. Then testing for infection can be done.
