I'm having tightness in the left side of my neck and toward the front of it. it's not constant, it comes and goes. the pressure goes to my head too?

Are you on any meds?: Several medications can do something like this and it could become constant and severe. If so, you need to go to an ED for some IV Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to reverse it. Otherwise, could be some form of muscle spasm. Apply moist heat and try some gentle neck loosening stretches (plenty illustrated on line, also YouTube), maybe take a little Magnesium supplement.
