Is it bad to get soap/moroccan oil in cuts? i've heard it can be more easily absorbed in the blood stream

Unlikely: Soap getting in the cuts is not likely to cause any effects on the blood stream. It would help the healing process if you cover the cuts with a band-aid with antibiotic in it.
