Vestibular neuroniti: You seem to have peripheral non stroke vestibular vertigo. Unlikely to be long lasting or severe or serious but it is best to get checked out, particularly if you have weakness or numbness in one half of the body, unclear speech or difficulty swallowing or change in voice or double vision or difficulty with balance that doesn't get better even if you keep your head still and steady.
