Hard to tell.: In this short term, this could be a viral infection or a food-borne illness. Have you been on antibiotics lately? If so, this could be infectious requiring another antibiotic. Usually viral or food-borne causes abate within five days, so if you worsen dramatically or if this lasts beyond five days, you may want to visit with a doctor.
