Testing: It sounds like you are ovulating causing your symptoms and likely need some provera (medroxyprogesterone). However, some women always have a negative urine pregnancy test due to an antibody issue. So, in this case call your physician monday and alert them of no period and symptoms and request a serum (blood) pregnancy test and make an appointment for additional work up

Do Preg test!: Are you trying to get pregnant? If so, you may be, do home test. If neg, see ur obgyn, no period 4 six months isn't normal. Can try virtual consult, but this is complicated, and may take a few visits, don't expect easy answer. Good luck
