DontDriveTilResolved: Technically, vertigo is different than"dizziness,"and it's an important distinction.If you truly feel like you are moving or it looks like the rom is moving or both, that's vertigo (an "hallucination of motion").Feeling whoozy or unsteady or foggy is more like dizziness.These are important distinctions. ee how it goes for a few days.
