Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM: This is a combination medication that includes - acetaminophen (Tylenol) and diphenhydramine (Benadryl). It can be effective for sleep but unless pain or inflammation is associated with your insomnia, the Tylenol may not be a necessary component.
