Here are some...: Generally speaking, all what you described and concerned may be just normal as long as being able to achieve erection timely for what you want to do. Being cold in penis is normal at its flaccid state and nocturnal erection oftentimes is not known to men except they wake up at right time. More? Ask your urologist.
