I feel like something in my ear, but i just went to an urgent care center and the doctor said there is definitely nothing in my ear. what could it be?

Need more info: Sometimes a complaint like this is caused by wax and or dryness. If the urgent care physician could not see anything wrong he/she would not see dryness was the reason for your complaint. If your hearing is OK, if you have not been swimming & got water in your ear, if you have no ringing sound the chances are that there is nothing urgently wrong. Try using a product called Debrox to clean the canal

This may be: fluid BEHIND your ear drum...(Thus not seen as a foreign body in your ear!!!) Try some OTC Neo-synephrine Nasal spray..this will open the tiny (Eustacian) tubes and allow drainage of the fluid Hope this helps! Dr Z
