No worry, not cancer: Vulvar cancer is rare, and the vast majority of women who have HPV never get it (or cervical cancer, for that matter). And although it is possible that a vulvar cancer could itch, itching alone is not a symptom. If you don't have a visible growth or sore, you don't have cancer -- that's for sure. Yeast infections are the most common cause of genital itching in women. See your doc if it continues.
