Is it your diet?: Many people are not informed that after having your gallbladder removed you need to adhere to a strict low fat diet. A meal higher in fat can lead to bloating, cramping and diarrhea, usually within one to two hours after eating said meal. On occasion, there could also be retained stones or even de novo stones in the ducts. An ultrasound would be a good idea.

Unusual: The gall bladder is usually located on the right side. The blotting you are talking about is possibly bloating. People can have retained stones or have sludge after a gall bladder is removed. Please see the doctor that treated you for further definitive testing
