See your gyno: OK, so I have to ask: did you actually place the wet wipe inside your vag or just wipe on the outside? NEVER put cleansers inside your vagina no matter how gentle; this will irritate your vagina in the worst way. Water should be only used for vaginal "cleansing" and only on the outside at that! Second: are you having unprotected sex? Abnormal discharge can herald an STD. See your gyno for this.
