High tsh: If you are having symptoms of hypothyroidism, it is strongly advised that you see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment BEFORE you get pregnant. If you are hypothyroid then you need daily thyroid supplement hormone.

Possibly: 95-99% of hypothyroid patients have a disorder of the thyroid gland. Your lab results don't suggest such a disorder. And one could interpret your labs as being normal. However the interpretation of thyroid lab results, and treatment, can be complicated when it comes to fertility. Many gynecologists might put you on thyroid supplement because of your slightly low FT4 and because of your symptoms.
