Flagyl: dizziness and mild abdominal pain or fairly common side effects of Flagyl. Unless they are severe, they are not a reason that you need to stop the medication. The dizziness tends to occur more often if one takes alcohol at the same time as the Flagyl. This should be avoided. If the side effects become severe or persistent, contact your doctor. Good luck.
