Yes and no: Yes in that you will not likely know it as it would have knocked you out. No in that if you happen to still be conscious you would know you were hit by lightening by the sudden shock to your senses.

If you don't know,: then how would it matter ? It would be a very small amount of electricity. Electricity from a lightning strike can have very odd routes going with least resistance. And, it varies on what path it goes through someone. So, if a Forest ranger were resting his hand on an iron railing when the building got hit, he might only be tingled.
