R/O SINUSITIS : Your symptoms if bilateral sinus pain, may be indicative of frontal sinusitis. You need to have a full exam and I would recommend a CT scan of the sinuses. Since the sinuses get poor blood flow , a longer course of antibiotics is needed to eradicate the infection. Als allergy testing should be done for environmental and food allergens. If exam and ct are normal other causes can be evaluated.
