Antibiotics and sex: Sex will not alter the effect of antibiotics in any way, but antibiotics provide no long-term protection against sexually transmitted infection which you can be infected with again and again and again unless you use condoms to protect yourself or unless you have sex only with trusted partners who are also safe and uninfected. Partners of people with a treated STD/STI should also get treatment.
