Possible: gallbladder issues should be ruled out (although rare at age 27!!) Metals unlikely to cause these symptoms BUT YOU SHOULD BE WEARING PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) if you are exposed to dust at work! Speak with your Safety Officer! Hope this helps! Dr Z
