Abdominal infection?: Any of several problems could do this -- appendicitis, other intestinal problem, or pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). PID is an STD, usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia, but of course only if at risk for STDs (e.g. new partner, partner with other partners, etc). No matter what the cause, this needs medical care ASAP -- especially urgent if any fever. Get care today.
