Little risk, but...: Chlamydia isn't transmitted by fingering or kissing. Without intercourse, the chance he has chlamydia from you is very low. But I still suggest you tell him about your infection. Probably you are both part of a sexual "network" of people in whom chlamydia is common and he should be tested for it. Anyway, every sexually active person about your age needs STD testing 1-2 times a year.
