? Bartholin cyst: What you described is consistent with a cyst of a gland in the opening of the vagina. There is no emergency, but you should see your doctor to determine if it needs to be drained or removed.

Cyst: You might be describing a Bartholin gland which secretes vaginal fluid, more during intercourse, and can become blocked and painful creating a cyst. This can resolve on it's own or improve with warm sit baths, but if it persists or worsens may need to be drained. Some primary care doctors (Family or Internal Medicine) can do this, but often a gynecologist visit will be needed.
