Right Side Pain: On your right abdomen are the liver and gallbladder (pain would most likely be in the upper right corner of your abdomen) and then there is the appendix down very low in the right lower corner of your abdomen. If the pain is persistent, or if you have a fever you probably need to be seen. If you cannot tolerate the pain you need to treat this with some urgency.

Many: Gastritis, duodenal ulcer, gallbladder, liver, pancreatic duct, kidney stone, diaphragm hernia or abscess, pleurisy, pneumonia, musce spasm, osteopathic lesion, somatic dysfunction, esophagus spasm, pleural effusion, bowel obstruction. There are probably more. Go see a doctor if severe or persistent.

On the right side: On the right side of your abdomen you have the appendix, gall bladder, liver, kidney, intestines, muscles, lower ribs etc the pain could be from one of these, but there can other reasons. You need to see your physician.
