A member asked:

Are there any negative side effects of the gardisail shot ?

Nope, none: Any vaccine injection can result in a little pain at the injection site. But that's the only side effect of Gardasil®, the HPV vaccine. Don't let fear of side effects prevent you from being immunized. That said, you may be old enough that you don't need it. HPV immunizatio is not recommended beyond age 26, since new HPV infections are uncommon. Discuss with your doctor.
