Spotting normal : Spotting is actually quite common with Depo and is one of the most commonly reported side effects of that type of contraception. Keep a diary of what days you spot, and bring that with you next time you go and see your doctor for your shot. They can then discuss your options a bit more intelligently when they have that info.
