Not likely: It was unclear if you began having pain after being struck in genitals or during intercourse. If the penis leans bit left you may have mild Peyronie's disease. You likely had some bruising/buckling of the wall of one of the erectile cylinders. Would avoid sex for a while. Good to get checked out by urologist. Not likely to need surgery unless curvature worsens significantly in future.
