Abdominal/pelvic fit: description. Abdominal organs: small bowel & distal large bowel (descending & signoid colon). More centered pelvic organs: bladder, uterus, fallopian tubes & ovaries. Stretching of tissue is the more common basis for pain, e.g. small bowel peristalsis dis-coordination, constipation within colon, bladder issues, inflammation up from fallopian tubes (e.g. PID, endometriosis), ovarian issues, etc.

Abd Pain-Many Causes: 1st in any sex active fem check preg test. Otherwise, if happening same time every month could be ovulation. Constipation, a UTI, kidney stone, a hernia, Irrit Bowel Synd, Inflam bowel synd, ovarian cyst, (young) diverticulitis & more. Knowing more about you and other sx's would be very helpful.
