Sounds like: you need evaluation of your Upper GI tract since these symptoms suggest active inflammation of your stomach ("gastritis/stomach ulcer) Check in with your PCP who may wish to refer you for an endoscopic examination (simple , safe and with the proper anesthesia completely painless!!)
