I was wondering would therapy help ease the pain of a sprained ligament in the knee?

Therapy will help: Therapy is generally a good idea to start after a knee sprain to help regain motion and strength in a safe and controlled environment within the limitations necessitated by the particular ligament that is injured. The pain in large part is due to the swelling which may also be helped by therapy.
