Not STD maybe normal: No STD causes anything like this. Your "just noticed" comment is telling. My guess is you've had these marks all along, maybe just natural changes in skin color or tone as you age. Almost certainly they have nothing to do with your recent sexual encounter. But if in doubt see a doctor.
