Ive had my tubes tied for five yrs but here lately anything to do with food or beverages has been making me feel nauseous my periods are irregular too?

Another cause: There is an old wives tale that tubes come untied after a period of time. This is untrue. If you haven't conceived after 5 years, pregnancy or a complication from the tubal is very unlikely. Nausea and irregular periods are pretty non-specific. You need to see your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic for a full history, exam, and appropriate testing to find out what is wrong. Hope this helps.
