That's a new one!: Haven't heard of this as a result of paleo diet. Most women of course would be delighted to not have to cope with hunger! But satiety, yes, you need to have that. I put up a checklist on maintaining weight, primarily just eating what you want and stopping as soon as you are full. You may have to put yourself on a regular diet to remind yourself to eat, with calories determined by BMI status.
