See your doctor: Abnormal or increased and unexplained vaginal bleeding should always be medically evaluated. STDs usually don't cause heavy bleeding, but it's possible with gonorrhea or chlamydia. There are many non-STD possibilities as well. Play it safe and see your doctor soon. Good luck.
