At what week in pregnancy do they give us a growth scan in third trimester ?

Not routine: A growth scan is not routinely recommended in the third trimester unless there is an indication. That would be something that causes the doctor to be concerned that the baby might not be growing well or might be too big. Then the ultrasound would be done when the concern arose. Hope this helps.
