UTI/STD: Your symptoms, as described, sound like a Urinary Tract Infection or Sexually Transmitted Disease. Are you sexually active? Regardless, you will need to be evaluated by a physician and have your urine tested and cultured. You should also be screened for STDs (HIV, GC/Chlamydia, RPR). An empiric antibiotic could be started depending on your answers to additional SHx questions. See a doctor ASAP.
