Have had low bp past 2 weeks. 70/47 60 and 77/55 58 when laying down and 104/43 64 and 113/66 70 when standing. lots of dizzyness and nausea.

Hypotension: It really doesn't make much sense that your blood pressure goes up when you stand up. If people are orthostatic, usually it is the opposite. Regardless, if your systolic blood pressure is in the 70's at times and you are symptomatic, you should see your doctor to get to the bottom of it. Good luck.
