Often none at all: Nearly half of women with gonorrhea have no symptoms at all. When symptoms occur, the most common is increased vaginal discharge. Less often are painful urination, spotting between periods or after sex, or pain in the lower abdoman, sometimes with fever. In men, usually pus dripping from the penis and painful urination. If gonorrhea suspected, you and sex partner(s) must see doctor for exam & Rx.
