Patellar tendon: It may be patellar tendonitis, which is an inflmatory condition of the tendon as it originates from the knee cap. It can also be a osteochondral lesson of the patella itself. Don't hesitate to be seen for it. Warm ups, stretching, icing down, therapy and bracing are typical treatments.
