Circumcision: has been shown to decrease the risk of infections in both the man and his sexual partner(s). However, circumcision is rarely indicated in an adult male due to the associated risks. Practicing good hygiene is very important and can make a difference. Keep the foreskin and glans clean by washing thoroughly with antibiotic soap and water.
