See a doctor soon...: Your symptoms are somewhat concerning. You may be having a urinary tract infection which can cause abdominal pain. Also, UTI's can cause dehydration which can lead to further cramps and contractions. Bleeding could be due to these contractions. I would advise getting evaluated soon especially if the pain and bleeding worsen.
