Can eppidymitis cause the penis to retract in to the body occasionally? what r the diagnostic tests available?

No: Epididymitis is a clinical diagnosis with symptoms such as swelling of the testicle/epididymis, tenderness to the touch, fevers/chills, etc. A scrotal ultrasound and blood work are helpful but not necessary. A course of antibiotics usually will take care of the problem.

Can someone tell me what can cause an occasional sting or nerve like pain near tip of penis. STD panel all negative. HSV, HIV, OR HPV? Urine test negative also.
Shock pain into tip of penis. Occasionally tickly like at same spot. Side of penis itches no lesions. Some pain at times in pelvis, scrotum and testicles. Std negative, normal urine test. Ultrasound normal. Cytoscopy normal. HPV cause this?
