Probably OK: It can take a week for gonorrhea symptoms to clear, especially if you also have chlamydia, present in almost half of people with gonorrhea. Your treatment (ceftriaxone and azithromycin) will cure both. But if these symptoms started only after treatment, it could be yeast triggered by the antibiotics. Return to the doctor or clinic if symptoms get worse, or if still there a week after treatment.
