I recently have blood test which shows my sgpt alt 132 u/l. i am physically perfect however several month earlier i had regular issue of abdomen pain?

ALT elevation: Probably not related to prior abdominal pain. If the liver enzyme remains elevated over time you will need evaluation for liver disease.

Minimal: This is a minimal elevation in a liver test maybe from a virus, and should be followed. If it fails to revert to normal or gets worse, discuss further testing with your doctor. All the best
